GC perceives responsibility for the safety and health of stakeholders, reducing the environmental impact that follows corporate activities.
GC strives to minimize wastewater, waste, air pollution, and hazardous chemical emissions generated during corporate activities, and to manage energy and greenhouse gases, which are global environmental issues. We are also paying special attention to creating a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. We have established a company-wide environment, safety, and health policies, and declared our commitment to Environment, Safety & Health Management. According to the policy, GC Company operates a decision-making organization and a working-level organization for the effective implementation of EHS. Each company's EHS dedicated organization has obtained environmental, health, and safety management system certification and manages performance beyond legal standards.

GC makes direct and indirect investments in healthcare technology companies to expand the sustainability of the industrial ecosystem and seeks co-prosperity with our partners in accordance with the Fair Trade Act and the Self-Compliance Program. Also, we continue to develop sustainable relationships with our partners by establishing GC Green Book that applies global healthcare supply chain principles, and conducting supply chain evaluations.

GC has practiced precision-transparent management with the belief that the only right is our path.
We understand that the source of corporate competitiveness lies in compliance and ethics management and that a sense of integrity among employees is the best system. The ethical management standards of GC and internal reporting system operation regulations were established to define the ethical behavior of all employees. In order to prevent unethical behavior beyond this, ethical management education programs and promotional activities are carried out at the same time, and ethics and compliance are being cultivated through Corruption Prevention Management System (ISO 37001) certification and regular and frequent audits.
